What to call my baby photography service?
I want to start a photography service that is more than just taking pictures. I want to help parents document the growth and changes that happen so fast in a little one's first years. I will be offering several packages that include photo sessions on a regular basis, even monthly if they choose, plus keepsake products. I have it all mapped out.... I just don't know what to call it. I want to ca the packages something that evokes a baby's journey, capturing fleeting moments, etc. Any suggestions?Thanks in advance
Is it legal to offer photography services without owning/working for a company?
Me and my bf are photographers and we were wondering if we could offer our services to local businesses without having or being apart of a company. Just reaching some sort of payment and service agreement with the owner's. Is it legal to do it this way or would we need to start a company or work under someone with a company?

Is an Ex-Im # or license required for photography services in India?
I'm a non resident Indian living in the US with an business address & Sole Proprietorship based in India. I'm a photographer. Some of my clients & projects would be non Indian. However, the checks they would send me for services rendered would be deposited in my NRE bank a c in India. Would I require an Export Import license for rendering photographic services? Alternately, if I did not have a Sole Proprietorship based in India, would it still be necessary?How would I be taxed on my income?Any advice would be appreciated.To be more specific If I were to be contracted to shoot projects abroad, how would my income be classified & taxed? Additionally, if I were to get income from selling my photos on websites based outside India, how would that impact my income?What " special permissions" would I need?

I am starting a photography service for family portraits & children babies photography. My name is Rachel McClure. However, my name doesn't have to be part of the photography name. I want a name that is fresh & different but not too abstract. Please tell me what you think would be a good name.
