i signed up on the site they sent me a cashier's check for 4,880 $500 for my efforts, $50 for walmart, $40 for gap, $2700 western union transfer $140 charge, $1400 moneygram trasfer $50 charge I called they said when the check clears then i begin the shopping and i have 5 copies of this customer evalution papers that i have to fax to them with receipt anyways i heard some of these are scams but i don't have to send the money orders until the check is 100 %in my bank account . you think there is still a way i can get scammed? I am not doing any money order if the money is not in my account.Please answer if you have experience mystery shopping. more details the company is located in canada, this is only training i am not an employee yet, i have 36 hours to complete my assignment AFTER THE money is available and they're going to give me contact info on who to send the money order toso it wouldn't hurt if i just didn't send the money until i knew if it was real or not.. i thought if the check cleared it cleared. im not sending them anything regardless

Please note, this is a part time activity.Email me the below details Name Last Name AddressLine1 NOT A PO BOX City State Zip Code Age Phone Number I will be looking forward to receive the above details.Sincerely,JamesI would be inclined to think it was semi real as I know there really are mystery shoppers out there, but it seems like a twist on the old " check cashing" scheme where they tell you to cash a check and wire them back part of the money and then your bank finds it to be a fake check and you have thousands of dollars to pay back. I emailed him back and said I was interested but needed more info, did the company have a name? A website? Any other info he could give me?What do you guys think, fake or not? Is this mystery shopping job legit?
I recently received a mystery shopping letter saying I was approved to be one. I did not have to pay a fee to apply for this job. I was given an information letter, evaluation form, acceptance form, and a check for 3950 dollars. On all letters it says CRC Consumer Research Centre . They want me to send back 3440 through moneygram after I have deposited the whole 3950 dollars into my banking acount. Also, the check has Jostens Inc. on it. I am supposed to be shopping at Staples, Circuit City, Home or Office Depot, Kmart, or Wal Mart. The letter gave me a phone number to call to verify my participation in this program. Everything looks confidiential, from the letter to the check. Am I good to go?
