I am trying to find a legitimate mystery shopping company that is free to sign up and complete jobs with. One that will not later try to tell me that I have to pay them for membership if I want to continue to receive jobs to shop for. I need to find a different way to make money. Thank you.Would it kill people to exclude the smart Alec remarks? There is no reason for that. Obviously in this economy, it is quite difficult to get a " job" . Don't be an idiot.

i received an email subject career builder staying you will get paid for mystery shopping that you can get 200 500 dollars per assignment as anybody received this email if so is this a scam before I don't want to continue with this if its a scam anybody no anything of this type of thing

I googled Mystery Shopper but its hard to find a reputable company. A lot of them turned out to be scams or they wanted money from you. I have friends that do it Pennsylvania and love to be paid to go out to eat but its to far for me to travel to. If anyone knows a company I would really appreciate your help

Mystery Shopper Scam?
Hi. So today in the mail i got a letter and check to be a " mystery shopper" . The check is for 1,989.43 dollars and it has my name on it with my address. I live in the US and the check is from Houston, Texas. The bank it is from is Amegy Bank which is actually a real bank when i searched it up. The company that does this " secret shopper" is called S.B. Ideas International. Moving on to the actual letter, it says i have to go to their website set up my account and validate the check which i already did . Then to go deposit the check and keep $350 and use the rest to be a " secret shopper" . After i go to a store and do that i have to fill out a evaluation and email the email address they provided with my receipt for the stuff i bought. And thats it. The director on the letter is Larry Jeffery. Is this a scam? I supposedly did a survey for this. I think i did. Not sure. Should u ask my bank if it is a scam?
Is it possible this could have been a mystery shopper?
I work at SONIC and we have been expecting more mystery shoppers. We got one already expect 3 more. It was about 7 30 PM 8 00 PM and there was this truck pulled into a stall for them to order. He sat there for atleast 10 minutes. I went out to take the trash out and he sat there. I took it out and walked by the truck. It was a man in a suit and tie, writing something down and glanced up at me as I walked by. I went in to put the trash bags away told the manager it may be a mystery shopper. She got worried because I was wearing my apron I am supposed to take it off and not wearing gloves taking trash out. I forgot to put them on. So I go back out to use the bathroom, and he is gone. He did not order food according to our carhop and I am pretty sure he went through the drive through and ordered a large Diet Dr. Pepper. The manager asks if that is the man I saw, I described the truck and she said he comes by all the time to get a large Diet Dr. Pepper. But she is still pretty sure he is a mystery shopper due to his " mysteriousness" and what not. So do you think it was one. Anyone who has been one or knows a good deal about them. Would they order more than a Diet Dr. Pepper and is it possible it could be one based off this go around. Thnx

i got an email from someone blumail.org to be a mystery shopper. they sent me a money order for a specific amount i have to cash it which can be done anywhere since its a moneyorder and i get to keep some and then the rest i have to send via western union to somebody els... is this legit? because it is a money order and not a certified check i thought it might be different.. and i have deffinately heard of " mystery shoppers" anybody helpthank you for your answers.. the thing that i am confused about is that they are actually MONEY ORDERS and not certified checks. so i can take it to any check cashing place and not deposit in my own bank account. and they already sent the money orders to me . they got my address off of my resume. so what do i do ?
