Would business owners use an honest mystery shopper service?
I would like to offer a mystery shopper service as a tool for companies to better there costumer service. I've had to deal with them in the past and a lot of them believe they have to " find" something wrong to prove there service is worth the money. Or the employees know ahead of time the shopper is going to come in. that defeats the idea altogether. How can the owners make good decision if the information is tainted. or get a good picture of how the company is being run day to day if the employees know in advance and don't act like they normally would.
Mystery Shopper services that are NOT scams?
Please list companies that you know FOR SURE are not scams and don't charge you money to work for them. Preferably only if you HAVE worked for them before...and please state how long you worked for them and rate your experience with them.
