my idiot son used my credit card on a mystery shopper site and i want a refund. but they're being complete jackasses and wont tell me how to get the 34 dollars back. please help much appreciated

I have seen an advert for the UK Mystery Shopper Agency and am just wondering if this is just another con, or are there people who belong to this agency and have paid the money to become a member and actually make a reasonable living through it? Thanks
