I want to open my own business its a golf driving range how to get a loan?
I have some credit and have been involved in golf and other rmenial jobs for the past 8 years. I do have some credit but really I feel its hopeless how can i get a loan on some land to open up my own driving range it just seems impossiible to succed today without being rich how can I do this without saving until im 50 right now im 25. What can I do to get a loan do I have to make at least 90 thousand a yearor just know the right people what can I do to succeed in my goals to end my poverty?

I also want to know how much it costs to level the driving range,build the hitting bay areasbuild a large club houseset up a parking lot about 150 spacesset up the lighting buy multiple ball dispensers a club shop e.g. golfing supplies i would also like to know the price of 10k 60k of new golf balls with over 300 baskets.Also i would need to know how much a ball collector would cost.the land i have measures 400 yards in length by 250 in width.i would also need to know how much it would be to pay people to work in the shop and the Bar clubhouse.Finally i would know where to get all the items from bulk buys only e.g. wholesale and the prices.how much would this all cost and please show where you got this information from.No hate messages or messages that will be intended to put me off this idea thank you.

I'm thinking about making a minigolf course, driving range, and proshop all ont he same property. Would an idea such as this be profitable? It has something for everyone. Mini golf for the kids... driving range for the adults... and proshop for the true golfer.What do you think?
