Service Tax liability on commission received on export services + domestic commissions in India?
We would like to know that we are in receipt of indent commission in foreign exchanges which is exempted under exports of services and in addition to this we also receive domestic sales commission which is below the cap limit of 10 lakhs.but aggregate commission income exceeds the cap limit.Are we liable to pay service tax on domestic sales commission?
