Do I have to remove a private franchise name off of an item I am selling on Craigslist?
Somebody emailed me about a listing I have on craigslist that has their company logo label on it, they said I have to remove it I tried to but it seems like its going to leave a scratched mark on the front of the machine. I looked the company up I have never heard of them but it seems they have multiple private owned franchises. Do I really have to take it off? Or maybe I can just cover it and take a picture? Thanks
What kind of profits could i expect from starting a drug test consultant franchise?
i'm interested in starting a Drug Test Consultant franchise in central south west ohio. the start up cost is something i can afford, and i was wandering about the possible yearly profit. other franchises that caught my attention are Background Screeners of America and Concrete Technology Incorporated. any insight into the possible income or pitfalls from these franchises would be greatly helpful. thank you.consultants do more than for employers. there are in home surface test, marketing to state juvenile prob. and parole agencies, staffing agencies, paternity test, etc. all at a cost much less than a local clinic. also the company has been recognized by pa and ny courts. there is way more to it than conditions for employment.
I would like to take a franchise business leaving my IT job. Is this advisable?
Please advice which franchise business will suit my requirement since i am in IT sector.
Franchise Question (Who is in default)?
For example, If Dominoes pizza sold two franchises under the agreement that these two franchises will operate the store in full compliance with applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations. If not, Dominoes has the right to terminate if problems are not corrected in 30 days. Later the franchise books are a mess, reports are not filed on time, they fail to pay city, state, and federal payroll, income and sales taxes. After 6 months of failure to correct the problems, Dominoe's gives them 30 days to terminate notices. The franchise puts the stores up for sales. When prospective buyers ask Dominoes about the history of the stores, they tell the truth, which led to the sale price falling below what would have been offered, if they had said nothing, and let the franchise sale on their own. The franchise sued Dominoes and was award over $2 million in damages. Does this decision stand?I think the decision does not stand because the franchise violated breached the franchise agreement. Dominoes gave them plenty of time to correct their problems. Therefore, I do not think that Dominoes breached the franchise agreement by declaring them to be in default. Not sure about my answer though

that I would be able to obtain that would be backed by the government.... in case of a defult . I am thinking about starting the franchise in Los Angeles, just was wondering where in that city I would begin to search to look....ex Commerce Dept, ? Was looking for more of a loan that would sort of back me, yet assume some of the risk as well. Thanks for your time and consideration.
