What is going on with my ebay account?
I have just finished selling a tonne of stuff on ebay.Last time I sold stuff, all the money I received was in my paypal account, and I calculated my fees and left the correct amount of money in my paypal account for them to take, just like last time which worked out fine.This time they are being retarded.I left the correct money in the account about 73 and I got an email telling me to pay my fees, so I went to my paypal account to see if anything is wrong, no still about 73 in there, so I follow the instructions they sent me on how to pay my fees, I did exactly what they said they wanted 68.56 for fees and I paid it too them last night.Even though I paid them last night with more than enough money in my account, this morning they have sent a message saying that I haven't paid yet even though I have been to my paypal account and it says that the money has been sent to ebay, its not pending, it says COMPLETED on it, so ebay had 68 and they are still asking for it.What I find strange about this, is the money they are asking for is less than what they are asking for last night, last night they said my fees were 68.56.This morning they are asking for 63.47.And no, I didn't type in the wrong amount when making the payment, it was definitely 68.56, I remember it saying that during the payment last night, and it saying that on my paypal account on the archive.I have no idea what is going on, but I don't want a debt collection agency involved over their crap.Do you know what is going on?

I was trying to be nice to my aunt, and listed a book for her on my ebay account. Now, because the book sold for less than she wanted it to, she is refusing to ship the book. I have no control over her actions because I don't live anywhere close to her, and I had no idea she would refuse to ship it if she didn't get more than a certain amount for it. I immediately emailed the buyer and told them not to pay for the book, because I wouldn't be able to ship it, but they got angry and are going to report me to ebay. I have a 100 % rating so far, with 36 ratings. Can my account get suspended for this? Don't even tell me not to sell stuff for other people from my account again. That's obvious.

My Ebay account was recently suspended because I was unable to provide the necessary documentation to verify my identity. So just a few days ago, I faxed a copy of my Photo ID, and a recent credit card statement that clearly showed my Name Address on it, and just today I received an email from Ebay stating that they successfully received my documentation BUT they do not approve it. Here is what Ebay said. " Thank you for sending eBay your documentation in connection with your Account Verification. Unfortunately, the documentation provided was incomplete. In order to continue processing your appeal we need a full set of documents that are clearly legible. Please send high quality copies of the following documents A copy of your driver's license or other government issued ID that shows your name and address A copy of a recent credit card statement, bank statement, or utility bill statement clearly showing your name and billing address. For security reasons, please black out the first 4 and last 4 numbers of your credit card number or your account numbers from other documents." So what am I supposed to do now? I fulfilled all of these requirements What did I do wrong?
