I've just sold a Freeview recorder on ebay. It had been used, but only for a month or two, so it was practically new. Before I dispatched it, I turned it on to make sure everything was working fine and to delete a few programs that had been recorded on it. I used the remote to do this and everything was working perfectly, so I packed it up and sent it offI've just checked my ebay messages and the buyer has contacted me saying the remote doesn't work and he's not happy because I sold it as ''immaculate condition'' but I know it was working fine when I sent it to him Also I checked the buyers feedback and he has just purchased exactly the same item from another buyer less than a week ago, and a few more over the last couple of months. I think he's got a faulty remote, but it's not the one I sent to him. I don't know where I should go from here.
