I have the money in my checking account but the bank declined the tranfer of money when ebay tried to put some in it to see if it works. I know it's the right account but now ebay is saying it's not. So what can i do. What happens if i don't pay them does it go on my credit report or something. Can i still pay it from my saving account instead?

i purchased a magic jack at best buy for $40. that evening while surfing ebay, i came across the exact same product for $10 less and bought it, planning to return the best buy one. however, i have learned the magic jack from ebay won't be here for a couple of weeks and we would like to set it up as soon as possible to have a home phone. my question is, can i open the magic jack i bought from best buy and use it now, then when i receive the one from ebay, return it to best buy? they are exactly the same, unopened packaging and all. thanks in advanceno, i am saying i will return the new, unopened package i receive from ebay to best buy, not return the best buy one after i opened it. we just need a phone asap. please read more carefully and your perfect, good ethics life will be even better.

How long do i have to test an item i bought on ebay?Im buying a phone on ebay. It doesnt come with a charger but they say it works. I cant afford to buy the charger yet. I would probably be able to get it like a week after i would recieve the phone. Under their return policy it says returns are not accepted.If i buy the phone, and i cant get the charger til a week or two after i receive the phone, can i get a refund? Or open a case with ebay?And dont answer saying i couldnt get a refund anyway. If it doesnt work then yes, i can get a refund. Ebay states if the item is not as described then you can open a case and or get a refund anyway. I'm just asking if theres a time limit to that

Since I am a college student, and I usually file independent my mom doesn't pay ANYTHING for me, I only live in her house, till I graduate I usually claim school expenses on my tax return. This semester, I purchased 1 of my text books from Amazon, and 1 International Edition text book shipped from Asia from Ebay, it was brand new, came in plastic wrap and all.May I use those for my tax claims? Will they allow me to use a book I bought frm Ebay even though it is brand new, but an International Edition?

Ok, that's just part of the question. I'm a first time eBay user, and I just got my 1st Debit Card. I want to be able to buy on eBay with my debit card, and I've been told PayPal is needed. If so, how do I do that? Also, is there a way to message sellers about the product?
