HOW DO I TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ebay.in FOR NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY?
I made a payment to ebay for an online deal of Laptop.But I could not get the deal since ebay blocked my account. Later, my account was reinstated after approaching ebay on the matter. However, I missed the deal. But the payment that I made to ebay has not been refunded till date to me despite many email requests.Leave aside the refund, I have not even received any reply from ebay on the subject. Even the ebay reps on Live Chat are giving misleading info.One says that the refund has been carried out & even gave me the Bank ref ID & Authorization ID . Another one after few days says that the transaction did not take place at all. Even my bankers are not able to trace that refund transaction. I am totally fed up with ebay.in cold response.It has been more than one month since money is stuck with ebay.in. WHAT LEGAL ACTION CAN I TAKE AGAINST THEM NOW?

Hi AllI want to purchase a cell phone from ebay.in. The seller's address is in Chennai. The MRP for the phone on the site is 23k. But the seller has mentioned that i will have to pay any additional octroi entry tax customs etc. if applicable. They say that the shipping cost is FREE and there is a Flat rate courier service anywhere in India....what does this mean??I just wanted to know in simplified terms what this all means and what does the final amount octroi and any other applicable charges come to considering i stay in Mumbai??Thanks
