Question about ebay suspensions?
my brother had an account from 2005 which he never paid his fee's on anyway he got my account banned which I started 5 days before the suspension and his latest account also got banned he got his back and it took him 3 weeks I dont want to get it back like that with all the forms and stuff his email said that all account's that got suspended will be back how long will it take for my account to be back its been 4 days already
I need help with my ebay suspension?
I got suspended from ebay for selling the popular software DVDFab 3. Ebay has a policy againts selling software that allows ebay users to copy DVD's that defeat copyright measures. I need help reinstateing my account. I have violated several violations and ingored all the warnings ebay gave me. I realize getting suspended was my fault and I have learned a lessoned and ready to use ebay responsibly. It says I need to send something in with my account address that matches my ebay registsration, and sign a sworn statement written by ebay. Would a bank statement be fine. Would also a letter help explaining how sorry I am and explained that I will never do it again help.

EBay suspension help?
I got suspended due to the fact Im underage. I raised red flags when I wouldn't refund a buyer his money and then they went into a deeper investigation and I think when eBay wanted to send me to collections they couldn't cause I was under 18. I have a lot of things to sell and can't use family member accounts because eBay will link them and suspend them too. So what do I do? There's really no way around the ebay paypal process they'll just keep catching me. I was trying to make an account that was not linked to me at all but I need to verify paypal so I don't have limits and in order to do that you must have a credit card or bank account which is kind of hard when you're not 18. So basically Im looking for alternative ways to sell items or a way around ebay.thanks

i did NOTHING wrong, i tried to selll my first item which was a cd and was suspended im so fet up with ebay right now, they will not help me at al my question is, if i open a new account with a different nameaddressphone numberand emailbut use my same paypal accountwill i get suspended?my sister wants an account, and she said i could just use hers for the little things i want to sell. and i already have a paypal account. will this be a problem? if it is, them unfortuantly i am done with ebay all together i cant believe how much problems im having. i DID nothing wrong why

Ebay suspension affects paypal?
My ebay account was suspended but I still use paypal for selling outside of ebay. Because of the suspension, am I still going to be able to use my paypal account or will parts of that be suspended too?By the way Juma, I was suspended because someone elses account that I was linked to. So next time you might want to keep your mouth shut.
Ebay suspension?? What now?
2 Months ago my account was " Blocked" and " Suspended" . I have no sellers fee's or any payments that need to be made except for one. I sold an item on ebay, got the payment than paypal froze my account for fraud 180 day hold thus leaving eBay to pay the buyer what i " scammed" when really the money is locked up in paypal. Paypal told me that I can withdraw the money after the 180 day hold. My questions is...should i put in the effort to eBay and fix my account when i really don't plan on dealing with either one of them anymore? How often are suspended accounts reviewed and drilled for the money that I ow eBay when i don't care to deal with them anymore and there is no pay fine option and it states that my account has a balance of 0?Can I leave my eBay account on forever and not care?

I got suspended from eBay and I am looking to get back right away. E books won't work for me, I bought eBayStealth and it is not worth it. They give you details about stuff we already know about it. will ebay suspend sellers if they sign in with a different IP address? hopefully its not true,it cant be true cuase what if i wanna sign in my laptop or if i move??as a seller i cant afford to be suspended for such a dumb rule so it cant be true right???

I am an experienced seller on ebay and they suspended me for no absolute reason. I've heard in the past that eBay suspended accounts arbitrarily and with so vague reasons and their policies allow them to do anything. I even read stuff about people getting suspended because their competitors complained on them. I don't know what happened, but this is what I suspect, someone selling the same stuff as me complained because I guess I have the lowest prices in the items I am selling. What to do? My eBay suspension is ruining me.
