HIi hop someone well help us..i bought a Hp Touchsmart 600 1220uk from ebay 2 days a go i pay as soon i won the auction and received the pc today i have good look around the pc i have not even turn it on i found out is is not brand new which the seller says on ebay described brand new but there is sraches and look like the seller put the sticker back to the pc so it well be like new so who should pay the return postage and should i go to open a paypal case or wait for the seller..

Hi, i bought an item from ebay.co.uk but the seller contacted me afterwards, told me it was damaged, and asked me to agree to cancel the transaction, I did it before I recieved the refund.
