How much can I sell my dropship ebay business for? more info below?
I have an ebay dropshippping business selling about 1,000 different items, phone cases, ipad cases, headphones, smoke alarms and things like that.I have one dropship supplier in China and i enter the orders on their website every time i make a sale.In a month i sell 1000 items and my monthly profit is 1k If I were to sell this business how much would i get for it roughly? Taking into account i have no stock, no employees, no warehouse, no nothing just a laptop and an ebay account....

HI allIm looking to start my own ebay business but i dont want to start buying massive wholesale joblots of stuff to start with. Im looking to start of small and try to order maybe a few things of each different product just to see which one slls more and continue in that direction. I have already found a niche that i want to be in, its kind of based on what my job is, I know people personally in this field and also have a bit off experience installing them , so i feel that i do know enough about the products and how they work to try and make this happen , it also gives me an added advantage as i can have two different selling fields. Does anyone know some sites online where i can sign up and find prices. I can get trade prices from wholesalers in my local area , but i want to pay what they pay, not what thier mark up is.My niche is electrical parts , components , cable , I can also sub contract the work with various people i know and supply the materials on a cost price basis , to maybe earn some money of the installation itself. cheersMaybe i wrote this wrong.....people want to buy stock , if your an electrical sub contractor, you may want some MCB's in the shed to save time on having to go to the wholesaler
Any downside becoming ebay business seller?
Ive been using ebay for a few months, selling my personal things. Lately I tried to make some money and had to sell the same thing in bulk. Which ebay forced me to change to business seller. As far as I could remember I had to provide a guarantee. My name, and that was it. It didnt occur to me that business sellers pay less fees. Looking at technology section, I realised that business sellers pay 3 % of final valuation fee compared to the normal 10 %. Are there any extra fees or taxes business sellers pay that is not listed on ebay?Why im asking is that I thought business sellers pay more fees, without checking it myself on the website and after i sold those bulk items, I requested ebay to change it back, which will happen within the next 72 hours. What is rubbish is that I an listing 4 technology items and they all have bids on they right now. If the fees are as what they are, I will end up paying more 7 % more fees when the system changed me to business. Will the fee structure apply to my current items that were listed when I was business seller?Prob the best thing to do is to change it back to business seller account?

General question. When registering simply for a business account on ebay. When adding all extra details, including both 'Company registration number' and 'VAT' or exempt details, are these mandatory before selling even just one item. Me and a friend have been buying wholesale home items and candles for the past 4 months and have been selling them at markets and " home parties" . Everyone loves our stock and the price we sell it for is a bargin but we make a good profit. I have now decided to expand selling by setting up a business on Ebay.
