If i close my ebay account and open new one, will i be charged to pay fees?
I sold an item on ebay but i had sold it to someone else before the auction ended, so i explained to the buyer and asked him to cancel the transaction but he denied and i have not recieved final value credit, so basically im not going to pay ridiculous fees to ebay for nothing. Im thinking of closing my account, will i still need to pay fees?

Ebay currently has new rule that it will tax the seller once they reach $20,000 sale mark. I am not yet there, but very close. I am wondering if the strategy of opening 2 ebay accounts would help prevent this issue? Anyone with experience?I mean send the seller info to IRS once reach $20,000

if you share an ebay account with a second person could paypal charge the second person if you did something wrong?.... for example if a buyer asks for his money back from person A and person A wont respond back can paypal charge the person B's account under the same ebay account? or they dont have that permission?

I recently received this email from ebay.com " To help keep eBay safe, we've restricted your listing activity in the Electronics category. You won't be able to list any items in this category. However, you can still list and sell items in other categories.This restriction will remain in place indefinitely. Our decision was based on evidence from our records. If you do, your accounts could be limited, restricted, or suspended." I literally do not know what I did wrong. I have 100 % positive ebay rating and do not know what is wrong. " mlbmark8888" is my ebay name. If anyone could help me interpret this email and resolve this I would really appreciate it. Thanks
