Buying ebay item problem?
I recently bought an item on ebay, and i wanted to pay for it but when i went to checkout and put in my paypal account info it gave me an error " We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the recipient's website to complete your transaction using their regular checkout flow." My paypal account is new, just made it today and put a debit card on it. Their on funds on it, no limits, and everything is fine with my bank account, i just cant buy the item. Perhaps because it may take a while for the paypal account to know the debit card is on it. I have emails verified, same one i use on ebay, and no suspensions. What is wrong?

The guy sold me 2phone out of ebay ,and paid with paypal. we had deal on the msn. and he sent me 2books instead of 2iphone.The seller has no respond no more.And i had called paypal for help, they told me to contact seller.paypal said theres nuthin paypal can do with this cuz im not buying from ebay. is that true? some of my friend said that they should protect us because they charged additional 6 % transaction Fees. is there anyone can teach me what should i do,please? is it possible that i can claim my money back?
