What does this mean when trying to buy something on ebay?
I was trying to buy a fender stratocaster guitar that someone was auctioning for $229, but someone else had bid before me. So I went up to like $240...but when I checked today my bid had been canceled. The explanation was Explanation No Zero FB buyers without contact.Could someone tell me what this means? I just made the account yesterday because I didn't have an ebay account when I was going to buy it. I really want this guitar could I possibly mail him and ask him if I were to pay a higher price than the next bidder could I still buy it? I'm not the type that would not pay after receiving my item.
How long should I wait before opening a case on ebay or paypal?
I ordered some iphone cases from china on august 10th... it is not august 31 and have not recieved them yet. How long should I wait before opening a case that i didnt recieve the item and get a refund.. Also, should i open a case on ebay, paypal, or both?

i big on ebay and won and recieved emails saying i must pay. but i had not been on my account in months. i then emailed the seller telling them it was a mistake and that i was most likely hacked because i have not been on my ebay account in a while. this was the sellers response ...." we have mutually agreed not to complete the transaction. thank you." does this mean that i am no longer required to pay for the item? and that the problem is solved and i have nothing to do with it anymore.please explain thanks
