I am based in the UK and am in the proccess of setting up an online clothing website, aimed at young women.i have found loads of suppliers from china but they all seem to have clothing that are only one size.. but i need a range of sizes UK 8 16. can someone please help me
Is it illegal to buy & re-sell wholesale clothing?
If you've gone to business school and have the proper documentations through studying, will it be illegal to buy wholesale clothing then re sell them? Wholesale clothing are meant to be bought in more than 1 quantity. So either way, it's MEANT to be sold again right? Some wholesale clothing even come in packages ex 1 package 2 SM, 2 M, & 2 L . If wholesale clothing was meant to be sold, then it would be legal if you studied business, earned & applied for the right documentations, and opened up your store to re sell wholesale clothing right? If not, please explain how it can be legally possible It's my dream career.

Hello I am hoping someone can assist me with the ins and outs of this question... I am looking to develop an online fashion store. I have done a lot of research regarding potential Wholesale Suppliers but I was wondering if it is legally allowed to " tag" these garments with my own logo and or price tags. I know that most large scale retailers receive samples from wholesale companies, " tweak" these to tailor to their demographic and place orders for the tweaked design. Usually this is when the garments are tagged and the company logo or name is sewn into the back of the garment. Given my research, I have found quite a few wholesalers who can supply designs which I am readily happy with. Am I allowed is it common practice to recieve wholesale goods without any modification and resell them with my own company details attached?

Where can I find legitimate wholesale clothing suppliers for my new clothing business?
For the past few weeks i have been overwhelmed by the amount of wholesalers out there on the internet. I can't seem to find a wholesaler that carries what i'm looking for elegant and fashionable clothing made with quality material . l am very concerned about all the scammers out there as well and in my research, i have come across many that are very obvious about it. I came across the website Tuttistyle.com and i like some of the clothing that they have, but i have learned to be weary of Asian suppliers as most of them are likely to be fake. Also I cannot find any customer reviews anywhere on the Tuttistyle site or in google...which i find very strange. Its getting to be a very frustrating task because all the searches i've done all came back to the fact that I can't be sure if the wholesaler is in fact legitimate. I'm starting to wonder if I really have what it takes to start my own business...its very overwhelming and discouraging. So my question is, where can I find legitimate and reliable wholesalers? and also, has anyone purchased anything from Tuttistyle.com. I am open to the idea of traveling to the US to make my purchases as long as the online supplier has a brick and mortar showroom... but again, i need to verify that they are real before i hop on a plane....I apologize for such a long post...just wanted to be as thorough as possible lol.Any insight would be greatly appreciated Thanks
