Dropship Design Homepage

Question: Anyone have any cafe press or dropship design success tips?

I've only sold 4 shirts on Cafe Press out of about 100 designs I have on the website that are all nice designs that would be easily sold in a retail environment, so if anyone has tips- I need them too! I've never dealt with drop shipping because startup fees are so high and I've heard nothing but horror stories about them.
