I am 14 years old and sent out numerous babysitting flyers around my neighborhood, but I got no response. The only other place I can think of to put a flyer is on a bulletin board. The best place I could think of was a daycare, but I don't know if the daycare would let me.
How can i find out a daycares EIN (employer identification number)..?
my daycare closed down this past year, now that im doing my taxes i need the EIN, i have no way of getting ahold of the director to get this number, ive called the state licensing office, even the better business bereau..and no one has it, any ideas where i can get it..thanks
How can I advertise products in daycares/schools?
Hello I am a Multicultural Toy Consultant and I am part of a small business that allows me to branch out and have my own home business. I would like to advertise my products to daycares schools as my mom works in a daycare and said that some of my books toys would be useful if purchased . She and I figured the best way to get in touch with the daycares and schools would be to send them a letter about the company, a sample of the product as well as a catalogue or flyer showing what else I have to offer.At my own workplace I have seen flyers come through our fax machine as well as mail come in advertising programs and products. I am just drawing a blank on how to start my letter, what to include and how to go about it.Any suggestions?

Do at home daycares make a good profit?
I am just wondering if it is worth the time & effort to try and attract clients. Would this be a good way to build clientele before opening a larger daycare? I am married & have no rent mortgage, so this would not be my sole income and I have no major bills. So, I could afford to wait before I received any profits. I have a bachelor's in psychology & a minor in education. My dream is to own my own business, but I am not sure exactly what type of business...
Grants for home daycares?
My friend is starting a home based daycare. She's trying to find a grant to either start a curriculum to those under age 5 and or to get a van to transport the little one's to educational functions such as the zoo, museums, etc. We've tried grants.gov and it's boggled us. Any ideas?My friend is a hispanic italian and specializes in handicap children.
