If I quit because daycare fees a cost far more than what I make am i eligible for unemployment benefits?
I am currently paying for 2 little ones in daycare under the age of 2... and then paying for my 2 older kids to be taken care of after school.There have been many issues at work also... i just wanna quit, collect unemployment for a little while and take care of my babies my daughter had been bullied at the daycare by another little girl her age, who is the grandaughter of the daycare provider Plus I am spending more than what i make... Would i qualify for unemployment benefits?

Do I need pay this daycare fee's collection? Does the collection agency have right to take my money?
My kids went to a daycare half year ago. He was only there for about 1 week and he got fever twice. So I did not send him to this daycare anymore. He had been sick for weeks. Finally when I got time to pick up his stuff and tell them he is quiting. They asked nothing about how was my kid and was he ok. They just asked me to pay 2 more weeks' fee. I was so mad so i rejected to pay. Now the collection agency began to call me. Will this influence my credit score? Will they keep on calling? Are the following daycare fees eligible under the FSA Dependent Care?
I know tuition is eligible, BUT what about the following two daycare fees 1 Book Fee for Daycare 2 Activity Supply Fee for DaycareYes, both parents work. I have confirmed with my employer that tuition is deductible because it is a daycare institution.Here is what the preschool said We are a state licensed daycareand Hidden Treasures Preschool HTP has to be in compliance with the state daycare laws from 6 30am 6pmand that includes the school hours. When HTP was being set up, we checkedwith the tax folks and as a licensed daycare, tuition is a deductibleexpense.
