What are the requirements to start a children daycare in Bangalore, India?
My ex & I paid half of expenses for our 2 children.Can we both claim each child & daycare cost on our taxes?
This was before my Ex and I had an official parenting plan he and I were never married and the parenting plan isn't effective until January 2009. He wants to claim both of our children and I would like to claim the expenses that I paid for my children including half of their daycare that I paid. I also paid for the majority of their other household expenses as well. Can I claim them on my taxes if my ex decides to claim them on his taxes as well? My ex and I lived together until August, 2008 and both of our children lived with us and then after August we share custody 50 50.Any advice is appreciated Thank you
