Are childcare providers entitled to paid holidays, days off, and vacations...?
I live in the state of Virginia...if you don't know where can I find out?It's not a childcare center it's a home based daycare.

My manager recently suggested that i switch day care provider for my children so that i can accomadate her request for me to stay a few minutes later at work. This is a request that i declined recently and i was asked to fix it soon. I dont' think i should have to change my childcare. I let it be known that i couldn't commit to the request early on but she keeps insisting that i do? I have taken on several new responsibilities at work lately but i just can't commit to this one w o failing through....What to do?
How can i get my childcare providers tax id number if they refuse to give it to me?
i called my childcare provider and asked for her tax id number. she responded by saying if you haven't spent at least $500 it wont matter. but i know that i have given her about $900. all i want is the tax id number so i can get my credit. what do i do?
Should i have to pay to recieve a tax statement from a childcare provider?
My son's day care is making me pay $5 for a statement of what I paid. I thought that they have to provide me with that info. I would like to not have to pay for it. I live in ohio if that makes a difference.
