Child care staff member fired for giving my child nursing maid elbow?
Yesterdaymy child had to be picked up and taken to the doctor for nursing maid elbow. The staff said she woke up from nap crying and wouldn't move her arm. The doctor said her elbow was out of place and that whoever did it should have known they did it to her Bc it would have been a force....she is almost 4 but only 28 pounds. Ok so first they lied about it not tell me they had pulled on her arm to wake her up and never appologized and then just the fact its a center and they shouldn't yank on a child.... but I guess I never expected theperson in charge to fire the person that did it to my daughter... is this something tobe fired for? I am not sure if it was an accident or not but still upset they lied how it happened...just not sure I am upset enough for them to fire her....
