Resonable baby sitting rates?
I am 13 years old. They live 5 houses down form me with a sweet little girl they have asked me to babysit. I will not accept anything less than $6 per hour. So don't try to say $5. Many people in this neighborhood babysit mostly my Friends but luckily this little girl has yet to be found Im pretty sure they charge $10 15 per hour. But i don't want competition. Does $6 an hour sound okay?okay. umm wah much? i have two 5 year old brothers i babysit them all the time.

How much do you charge make per hour to baby sit?I am about 14 and I think it would only be 1 kid at a time, maybe 2 at a time. Cuz, we kinda live out in the country and I'm not allowed to go to other peoples houses to babysit.

Baby Sitting rates?
I sometimes baby sit for a family. I started when i as younger and never actually stated a rate so they gave me 4 an hour which i was happy with, but i'm 19 now and my mum says i should tell them i want more because that is below the minimum wage which i think i should do because their children are a bit of a handful sometimes but am not sure how to go about it, any suggestions?
What are some standard cleaning and/or baby-sitting rates?
I lost my job a while ago, and haven't had much luck finding another one. My dollars are dwindling down, and I need to do SOMETHING to keep myself from going into the red until I can get a stable job.Two things I've figured I can do is 1. Baby sit I've been baby sitting my cousins for probably the last 8 years or so and 2. Clean housesFor baby sitting, I thought a good rate would be $7 an hour for one child, and if there is more than one child, it's be $6 for the first and $2 for each additional childFor cleaning, I'd figure $9 per hour would be a good start. Do you think these are good rates? Any opinions other suggestions for rates would be great Thank you
