How can I get a job in the catering business?
I just got laid off for the 5th time. I need to do something that is more secure and something I would enjoy. I love to cook and I love to prepare for parties. What position would I apply for and from whom? Do I have to work for free to get experience? Any ideas? I am open.

I am looking for Felix Napoly, who is in the catering business/chef somewhere in the world.?

How would i go into the catering business?
I would want to go into the catering business, i would want to do it in my own kitchen and i am also quite proficient in cooking. Can anyone tell me how i would go into the catering business?

Question for people in the catering business?
I organize a women's club in my community and we have grown to be quite a large group. Last event I had over 150 women attend. Up until now I paid a catering company to cater my meetings at the meeting hall. However, I was approached by one of the members of our club who said she would cater my event for free and then allow me to share in the profits. Is this normal for a catering company to do this? She would have a cashier at the end of the line charge people after they got their food and this way my event would still be free as I don't collect money at the door well donations, but they are no tax benefits as our organization is for profit . I like the idea of this offer, but for years I have always paid to have our events catered and just accepted donations to offset the cost of catering.

Does having a job in the catering business require college?
it a question for school
