How to set-up a catering business?
Heres the thing... Im 17, I have just started a course at college in Catering, so therefore i have the equipment such as Chefs whites, knives etc. and i was thinking i could set up my own little catering company, i would charge 10 an hour, third hour is half price, i would cook the food that the customers have brought using their ovens etc. but i would take my own equipment.Its not really about the money, i just want the experiance so i can do better in my courseWould this work? Additional info would be much appreciated
