Name for a catering business?
I'm looking for suggestions for a new business selling all sorts of cakes cupcakes, novelty, wedding ect and all doing catering for all events from weddings to kids parties. I want the name to make it clear that the business provides BOTH cakes and a catering service.
Help me name my catering business!?
I own a bar called Alibis Sports and Spirits. I am trying to do more catering for weddings, private parties and such. We have been operating our catering end of the business as Alibis Provided. I think that's a good name if it's a bachelor party I'm catering, but not exactly appropriate if it's a wedding Ideas? It doesn't have to be linked to Alibis at all, in the name at least. We mainly do just alcohol, but can do food as well.

Im 21 years old. I've worked in kitchens for virtually all of my working life so far...since I first started work when I was around seventeen years old. Ive worked in fast food, cafe's and michellin star restaurants and been trained by some of the best chefs in my local area.I cook for my family every night of the week or near enough and have done for a long time now. But work at the moment and finding jobs is not only becoming a hassle due to the lack of them, but I'm also starting to realise its just not what I want to do. I want my own business, I want to be my own boss.The problem is, I want to start a catering business. I do live with my parents but they are quite wealthy and so we live in quite a large house with a good kitchen with everything I'd need. I have permission from them to bring someone in from the council to certify the kitchen as a place to prepare food for business. The only issue I'm having is...I dont drive. So I couldnt deliver things to people properly and lets face it...what would want to pick food for a special event up from some random house?Getting a car is out of the question. The price for insurance alone at the moment for my age is absolutley disgusting as Im sure you already know but I wont rant about that.Im hoping for some ideas as to how to get started, and get my feet of the ground. My only idea so far is to raise cash and experience by offering a private chef service and going to houses in the local area to prepare meals for customers. Fine dining meals .Any ideas or people that have been in a similar position when starting up?Thanks guys.

hello there ..I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on a home based catering business. I've always loved cooking, and I seem to be able to cook a wide variety of foods for a large number of guests with relative ease. I've been told by everyone that I am an excellent cook not trying to brag , and that I should open a restaurant. I don't want to be tied to a 7 day a week, off site business, as I have a disabled child, and need to be available...but, I do have help with him at home, so I could work from my own kitchen...I would love to bring in extra income I do work part time now for my husband , doing what I love. I just don't know how to get started...I was thinking I would offer menus for 25 people to start, but I was really aiming for the busy working families who would like to have dinner prepared for them on busy nights...I thank you in advance for any replies

My mom and her 2 friends have decided to start their own catering business. They serve 100 % authentic Indian food. everything is pure vegetarian. They want to make cards to hand out when they are at events but they need a clever name. They need a name that can somehow incorporate the fact that its Indian food.
