What equipment is needed for small catering business?
I have just started the process of running my own home based catering business. I'm only planning on small events such as baby wedding showers, birthdays, etc. Nothing for hundreds of people just yet. Can anyone give me a list of recommended equipment I may need to get started? Do catering businesses still use chafing dishes?I should specify...what serving equipment would be needed? I already have cooking equipment...lol.
Would a comprehensive site for small catering businesses be a viable project.?
I have worked in catering for 20 years and have a wealth of knowledge in this field.
