I'm doing some research into opening a catering business and I don't know where I can look for food prices online. I live in the UK and I would prefer the supplier to be in the Yorkshire area but if not then that's fine as long as its in the UK I am only 16 and so I know of no suppliers personally.

How do I setup the price structure for my catering business?
I have a cater service that I started that provides drink products by the hour or cash bar. When I charge by the hour, I bill $250 for two hours for a minimum of 100 people. I need to know how I should structure it so I don't get taken if they have a larger number of people show up at the event than what they gave me to plan for. Do I bill by the drink over minimum served in the two hour window. or some variation of it? I know I am competitive in the area, but I don't want to give it away either.
