Hosting a PTA fundrasing evening. Any catering ideas?
Good day. I m head of the PTA at my little boys school in Oxfordshire. We are desperatley looking for ideas on catering for our annual fundraisng day. Its during the summer so throught maybe something like a Hog Roast. But can we actually make money from this. Had a look at a few Hog Roast companies in the area, and it all seem so expensive Please help.
Catering Idea - What do you think?
I have just started up in the catering business but there is so much competition that I need to be different. How about this.... Caterers served by characters themes. ie You are having a hen party. You want a small buffet for approx 50 people. We send the food and 2 waiters waitresses dressed in your theme to mingle with your guests serving drinks and nibbles from the buffet provided.Themes could be naughty or nice. Is there anyone doing this inb your area already?ANy feedback all helps thanks
