I want to start a catering business, how can I do it?
I am a very good cook and would love to be a caterer but am unsure how to do it. I have the information about the liscences and certificates I need etc. but are you allowed to say its a funeral you are catering for at somebody's house and they want to serve hot food, are you allowed to heat the food at their house even though I would have made it at mines...this is confusing me. Please can someone help and tell me about this sort of thing...???
