Possibly starting a catering business - advice?
I've been offered the opportunity to help plan and cater a graduation party. Now, I'm not a caterer by trade, but have a life long love of cooking and have cooked in a higher end restaurant in the past, which included planning and carrying out large scale buffets and events. I think this may work into something more just looking for advice of any sort on the possibility of opening a catering business. Thanks
