Should I wait for this job at a hotel or keep looking for something else?
I've been looking for a job for a couple of months now. I have no experience in retail or operating a cash register. I only had 2 cleaning jobs since they were over minimum wage. The first was at a hotel I worked at a couple of years ago. Anyway, I just went there yesterday and spoke to the manager and he said he would have a position open soon as a front desk clerk, but he didn't say how soon. Or should I go see if the cleaning company I used to work for has any work right now? I only have about $1,000 in savings and I'm a college student so I would really like a job now to have some income coming in. Should I keep looking for other things, or should I wait for his hotel job? What should I do?
