Mail Forwarding from old business address to business new address?
A company I do business with has changed its payment address. My payment went to the old address. What is the turn around time for mail to be forwarded from the old address to the new address?They changed their payment address AFTER they mailed out payment coupons with the old billing address.
Rental business: new tenant in a 3-plex is a heavy smoker and smoke enters other units?
Hi All,I have a 3 plex I am renting out. A new tenant moved in to one of the units and he is a heavy smoker.As a result a long term tenant from another unit is complaining that the smoke enters his son's room. Should I ask the new tenant to smoke outside only or only in certain places in his apartment in order to prevent smoke from entering the other unit? should I tell the new tenant this is a non smoking home since insulation is not perfect? THANKS.PS. The reason I did not even bother asking the new tenant if he smokes when he applied to rent the unit, is that the previous tenant before him smoked as well. Interestingly, because he smoke more OR perhaps since he smokes in another room, the smoke enters the other unit. Regards, Neil
