What do you call the person who owns a large company? The person in charge is the company president or CEO, right? But what would you call the person who made the company? Would " Chairman" be the title?

Hello. I have just begun my new online business, and for the past week, I have been making around $300 a day. What I do is I buy and sell websites. There ar two main sites that let you buy and sell websites, flippa.com and digitalpoint.com. The sites that you can buy on digital point are normally really cheap $30 $1000 . If the sites listed on digital point were on flippa, they would be selling for 2 3 times what you can get them for on digital point. However, tons of people still buy from flippa. So let's say I buy a site from digital point for $100 that comes with great design, great content, but no marketing. I could immediately go to flippa.com and sell it for $250 $400. That's an easy $300 a day. If I did mor sites a day, like 20, you could be making $6000 a day from home.However, how is this considered a company. Could there be a CEO and a board of the company. Don't companies have to provide services or products. We are constantly changing our products websites that we sell, so is it considered a company? Could I be CEO?

My boyfriend has a model photography service that he refers to as a business company, but I'm worried about legal liability because of not being registered or licensed considering I " work" under him as a main photographer. The word ''company'' also appears in the model release form and contract as well as the harassment guidelines that we have models sign.I've read many sources online but find myself confused trying to piece together pieces of information about copyright, trademark, licenses and registration. If he has none of these, is this a problem for him to consider what we do a company business that we get occasionally paid to do instead of an private service that we provide? Does it make the contracts null & void since it has no legal representation or purpose?I think the title might be misleading. I'm not looking for sources to license, just firm information that is in regards to being unlicensed, non trademarked and non copyrighted.Cited in the release form " " ..... " ....I hereby abide by these terms under penalty of terminate, possible ARREST, and or LEGAL ACTION" Being the aforementioned, does this " company" have the right authority to pursue enforce the above threats of arrest legal action upon violation if we aren't legally a business or company?
What type of rooms/offices could be there in any kind of business/company/organisation?
I need to think of different types of rooms that can exist in any kind of business or office. That is let's say within a certain organisaiton company business there are simple offices where many people sit at desks and do their work in front of PC's. This is an ordinary way many films show offices. Another one could be a big conference room, with a big table in the centre and a screen for presentations. This is where usually we see meetings take place. Also, I can think of a large conference room some kind of a lecture hall style room, where big meetings, conferences, presentations or summits take place. Etc...So what I need is I need to try and figure out such different types of rooms that are possible in businesses organisations companies and also specify purposes of such premises within any company business and also what equipment there may be in such rooms. Where can i cash my business/company check! The bank wants to put a hold!!!!!?
So i'm working a job and instead of using my personal name i'm working through my corporation. I was so happy to get my check to see both my company name and my name on the front f the check so i go to the bank to open a corporate account , mainly so i can cash the check. The bank said i had to deposit $500 i didnt want to but whadda gonna do? at least i can have the rest.TO my utter shock, they said i have to wait 3 days because my acct is new and blah blah blah So i have a 3 day hold and i needed the dayum money today, friday ive been waiting on the dang thing for 2 weeks. Its friday , i gotta wait the weekend and then i'll get it wed ... so really, i have to wait 5 days if you count the weekend. So they make me wait 3 hours and i go back to the bank to pick up u my package and they said my funds will be available NEXT friday not next wednesday They never told me this on the phone yesterday when i asked about opening a busienss acct. What? they said i could only get out a $100 today and they wouldnt give me a temp debit card Why the hell cant they just cash the dayum thing its a company check for gosh sake,theyn to add insult to injury, each week i have to wait 3 days hold. The check is made out to Wells FArgo, I shoulda just went to wells fargo.My question is, where can i go with my check that is made out to my company and it has my name on the check too where can i go to cash it?Its too late now b c i already deposited but i want to know for next friday
