i'm just looking for a rough idea i've been looking in different areas of bexley, kent and it seems to me the average monthly rent is about 800 but my friend seems to think that's expensive so i just wondered what other people thought was about the average price. thanks x

We are a small family of 3 looking to expand. We also need a much bigger flat than the one we have. The living room is tiny and the kitchen is part of it, there is nothing stopping our son from reaching up and pulling something off the counter or touching the oven door. We need a separate kitchen so we can put a stair gate in the door way to stop him coming in. He is 17 months old and only just understands the word, " no" . We live in Worthing, UK. Is nine hundred square feet big for a 2 bed. Apartment?
Or it is samall, or average? I have no idea because I have lived a house for so long. When I did have my own apt.... I didn't know the square footage on it, so can't compare. Are we going to be squished me and my bf? Is there room to put our furniture? We put a holding deposit down wirh out seeing it yet. Can't see it till the 17th the day we sign the lease.

i live in a laminated ground floor flat and the building seems to be a newly converted onethe floor are wooden one, and it is of average quality in terms of sound proofing in that it can block out medium to loud conversations but not footsteps it does not make any noise from where i ambut it seems like every time that i do that, he keeps making funny noisesit sounds as if he is trying to warn me off doing that?
My Landlord gave me a 5 day notice for bed bugs?
MY LANDLORD GAVE A 5 DAYS LETTER TO EVACUATE BECAUSE OF BED BUGS.WE BURLY HAVE A MONTH LIVING THERE , WE FOUND 3 BED BUGS IN OUR UNIT. WE TOLD THE LANDLORD ABOUT IT. HE APPARENTLY SAYS WE BROUGHT THEM OVER.. WHICH IS NOT TRUE. I NEVER HAD BED BUGS AT MY OTHER PLACE BEFORE ID MOVED HERE. SINCE THAT DAY WE FOUND THE 3 BED BUGS.. I HAVEN'T SEEN MORE.. BUT THE LANDLORD DOESN'T ANSWER MY CALLS.. IT SEEMS THAT HE REALLY DON'T WANT US TO BE THERE.. I TRIED TALKING TO HIM BUT HE DON'T WANT TO TALK TO US OR SHOW UP AT ALL. I'M GOING TO WAIT FOR A COURT DATE LETTER. IT DOESN'T MAKES A DIFFERENT IF THERE IS BEDBUGS OR NOT BECAUSE I DIDN'T BROUGHT THEM THERE..I CAN PROVE I NEVER HAD BED BUGS FROM THE OTHER PLACE I USE TO LIVE. BED BUGS I WILL SAY THEY WILL JUST SHOW UP WHILE NOT EXPECTING THEM.. BUT HE WOULDN'T UNDERSTAND THAT ..SO I'M JUST GOING TO WAIT FOR COURT DAY AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS.IS THERE ANY CHANCE I CAN WIN THE CASE ?IF SO, HOW.. ANY ADVICE WILL BE HELPFUL THE PLACE I LIVE..IS NOT PERFECT EITHER.. THERE ARE CRACKS IN THE WALLS, MY CLOSET DOORS ARE BROKEN AND WE HAVE TERMITES..

Bed bugs in my apartment?
I have bed bugs in my apartment, the apartment complex I live in has had a problem for a while, The manager the other day gave a notice that I have until the 31 st of january to move out if I don't throw my furniture away. about 10 units have bed bugs, I have never seen any bed bugs yet. I live in Michigan, by law can they do this, They also made me purchase bed bug covers for my beds, The manager told me to buy them from the exterminator the cost was 125 dollars , I was shopping at walmart the other day they were only 45 dollars.
