I am currently on strict bed rest. My lease is about to be over and i want to move into another place..?

Planning on moving down to London in the near future with a friend What is the average price of a 2 bed flat in London? It doesn't have to be too central, as long as it has a tube station nearby. It doesn't have to be fancy or big either it's just a crash pad until we can afford to move to somewhere better. Also, name some nice, cheap places to live in. and they found out people have been signing the union cards and now for 2 weeks straight they're telling us how bad unions are and how this and that, we only get paid $8.50 and the people who drive the machine get paid the same or a bit higher like 9.50 but most get paid 8.50

Can landlord charge for damage on furnished bed?
I rented a room that was furnished with a queen bed, and an old wooden dresser. The landlord and I did a walk trough of the room and she found a blood stain on her matress. That was probably because of my period. I made arrangements to get it clean, but all of the arrangement canceled or didn't show up at all. So I went to get Folex, a cleaning solution. When I showed up, my landlord said that she cant do anything today because shes not feeling well. She told me that aggressively. So i said " thats fine just let me know when you're available because " I raised the cleaning solution and my landlord said " I'm not going to let you put that crap on my bed " and then slammed the door. I've read in the California rental rights and I read If the lease or rental agreement allows it, for the cost of restoring or replacing furniture, furnishings, or other items of personal property including keys , other than because of normal wear and tear.I have the rental agreement between me and my landlord, and I've read everything. Nothing was included regarding to any furnished goods. Does this mean that I cannot be charge of my deposit because of the small blood stain on the bed? The stain is about 1" diameter.She didn't let me enter the premise to even clean it up. She never did call me to let me know when to come and clean it up
Bed bug covers? can my landlord make tenants purchase them?
my apartment says that, as tenants, we are all " required" to purchase vinyl covers for each mattress and boxspring in our apts units. this is over the bed bug scare but, its my money and its an affordable housing property in Southern california. since when, without any reference or proof of a state law mandating so, are residents who are on a very fixed income required to purchase covers that cost between $15 35 dollars each. sounds like b.s. to me. please help as really none of us can afford this.
