I got a class B felony for burglary back in 2006 the day before my high school graduation. It was my first arrest and I ended up pleading guilty because I didn't want to be in jail, my court appointed lawyer didn't do much and I honestly didn't know what a felony was back then and how it would affect me in the future. Any suggestions or commentsI might start college this spring 2012

I received a 1099misc copy b tax form and in box 7 there is an amount do i have to file this?
I do not know what I have to do with this form. I am employed there and am not sure what to do. Please help

My tax refund was suppose to b direct deposited feb 7, now its the 8th ,an no money . ?
It was suppose to b deposited on the 7th now its the 8th.I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON.also ,the irs site was saying ,it will b deposited on the 7 th ,now it says " your refund has been recieved an is being processed" What does that mean now ?

When u first do taxes n u can split the refund into 2 accounts n a offset occured will it still b applied to b?
Applied to both accounts or just 1? There's enough money left to b put in second account just wasn't sure how it works.

When does UBS mail 1099-B tax document?
I remember last year they stated they didn't have to mail until after the January 31st date...I think it was mid February. I can't find any information on their website about when they will mail this year, and its the only form I'm waiting on....Thanks Last year they posted the mailing date on the website. I can't find it this year.
